IOWA
Iowa was very early recognized for its outstanding agricultural potential. European immigrants began to settle the area with farms and small villages in the early 1800’s. The classic image of Mainstreet America is still evident throughout the State; over ninety percent of Iowa towns have less than 3,000 residents. Not to be ignored, however, are the esteemed educational, commercial, and manufacturing centers located in Iowa’s dynamic cities.
